1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xrforgehub.com website (the "Site") and the cooking courses, coaching, and related services (the "Services") offered by XRForgeHub, operating as XRForgeHub Culinary Studio ("XRForgeHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, enrolling in a course, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

XRForgeHub provides live and self-paced cooking courses, coaching, and related educational content, delivered online through video lessons, live sessions, and downloadable materials. Course availability, format, and instructors may change from time to time at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in our Services. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Booking & Enrollment

• Consultation requests submitted through our forms are not binding until confirmed by our team.
• Course enrollment is confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been processed.
• Live session schedules are provided at the time of booking and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Prices for Starter, Pro, and VIP plans are listed on our Courses & Pricing page and are subject to change; changes will not affect an active subscription until its next renewal.
• Subscription plans (Starter, Pro) renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
• All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every course. If you are not satisfied with your course within 30 days of enrollment, contact us at info@xrforgehub.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original enrollment date.
• Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro) can be canceled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period, except within the 30-day guarantee window.
• VIP 1:1 coaching sessions that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or make-up session.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking, enrolling, or contacting us.
• Use course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share live sessions or course content without our written permission.
• Follow basic kitchen safety practices, including safe handling of knives, heat sources, and food, at all times.
• Not use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Food Safety & Health Disclaimer

Our courses involve food preparation and cooking. You are responsible for your own kitchen safety, food handling, and hygiene practices while following our instruction. You are solely responsible for identifying and avoiding any ingredients related to your personal food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. XRForgeHub is not a medical or nutrition provider, and our content is for general educational purposes only — it is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, recipes, videos, recordings, and materials provided as part of the Services are the property of XRForgeHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors or video-conferencing platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including any particular improvement in cooking skill, and outcomes may vary based on individual effort and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XRForgeHub and its officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to damages resulting from food preparation, kitchen accidents, or allergic reactions where you failed to follow the food safety disclaimer in Section 8. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XRForgeHub and its officers, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Lviv, Ukraine, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
